Additional options vary by property.

Hatcher Pass camping is available for two camper spots with hookups for $250 for the Friday–Saturday rental. Hyer Road camping without hookups is $50 per camper. Additional listed options include the two Hyer Road bungalows at $350 per night, a canvas get-ready tent for $150, and a wooden bar for $150.

A Few Planning Details to Know
Wedding clients are responsible for cleanup after the event. Gilded Fern will handle up to two bags of trash.

On-site parking is available at both properties, and Hyer Road includes a lower parking lot. Tent setup and teardown are included, with the tent set up before the event.
​
A 50% deposit is due when the contract is signed. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before the event. A 3% surcharge applies to credit-card payments, and event insurance is required 60 days before the event.
