Is tent setup included?

Yes. The tent will be set up before the event. The tent will also be torn down after the night stay is completed, whether for the day or the weekend.

Who is responsible for cleanup?

The wedding party is responsible for event cleanup.

What happens with trash?

The owner will take care of up to two bags of trash.

What kind of chairs are provided?

The listed chair options are mismatched white wooden chairs with cushions or white wooden folding chairs.

Is parking available?

Yes. Both properties have on-site parking. Hyer Road also has a lower parking lot.

Dogs are permitted only at the Hatcher Pass property for wedding events. The limit is two dogs. They must remain leashed, cannot go inside the cabin, and must leave after the event.

Plan a one-day event with one night of overnight accommodation at either Hyer Mountain Farmhouse or the Hatcher Pass cabin.

Check-in begins at 1:00 p.m., with setup and event time from 1:00–10:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. the following day.

Signature Micro Wedding

Weekend Package

Two-Night Stay of your choice: $5,000

The Signature Micro Wedding is intended for couples who want additional time to prepare, gather with out-of-town guests, and enjoy the property without fitting everything into one short window.

The package is available at Hyer Road or Hatcher Pass and includes two nights of lodging. Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m., check-out is at 11:00 a.m., and the event must end no later than 10:00 p.m.

The package includes:

What Both Packages Have in Common

Both options are designed for celebrations of no more than 30 guests and include tables, chairs, a reception tent, a porta potty, property access, lodging, and on-site support.

The biggest difference is time: the Engagement + Elopement package centers the event within a 10-hour window and one overnight stay, while the Signature Micro Wedding adds a second night and more room around the celebration.

A 50% deposit is due when the contract is signed.

The remaining 50% is due 60 days before the event. Credit-card payments receive a 3% surcharge, and event insurance is required 60 days before the event.
